Beware of frauds: Online appointments are available only after confirmation with the hospital for any of our consultant doctors.
At Krishna Medical Centre, our in-house pharmacy, Krishna Pharmacy, is an essential part of our hospital's healthcare services. While there are other medical stores outside the hospital, we strongly encourage all patients to purchase their prescribed medicines from Krishna Pharmacy, located within the hospital premises, to ensure authenticity and quality.
At present, there is no online ordering system for medicines. However, patients can send their prescriptions via WhatsApp to the hospital's reception. Our pharmacy will then arrange to send the medicines via speed post, and payments can be made through QR code, UPI, or online transfer.
Our pharmacy team does not consult directly with patients. Once the prescription is received, our pharmacy staff will verify with the prescribing doctor, and any questions regarding medication usage will be addressed by resident doctors.
Insurance coverage for medicines is available only for IPD patients (Inpatients). OPD patients are not covered by insurance for their medications.
For prescribed medicines or any inquiries, visit Krishna Pharmacy located inside Krishna Medical Centre. Our friendly pharmacy team will ensure you receive the correct medication with full guidance on how to use it.
